Lee is a Corporate Communications Strategist and Peace Advocate. He has served as communication's director, corporate manager and consultant with different institutions and now, CEO of SUIYEN SERVICES LIMITED, a janitorial service. Prior to creating his own company, he served as Central Manager for a cleaning service for over 15 months.

Before this time, he volunteered for close to 7 years as leader of the Nkumbiwa Youth Forum, engaging in youth and community development, particularly in the areas of education advocacy and career orientation for young people.

As Global Peace Abassador, he is the propounder of the Nyaángset (peaceful mindset) movement which promotes peacefulness, and celebrates the values of peace. Academically, he is a sociolinguist with particular interest in conflict discourse and currently pursuing a PhD in that direction. He enjoys writing, networking and working for peace.
