The Approach we take

Anytime one of our clients recommends our housecleaning services to their partners, friends or family, we are deeply honored.

For you to take the time to tell your friends or neighbors that they should use our service is a great compliment that we truly appreciate.

If someone you refer to us uses our services, you will earn a 10% discount on your next cleaning for the one time referral. In addition, if that referral continues to retain us regularly (at least once a month) for 1 year, you will earn another 20% credit after their 1 yr anniversary.

We treat each cleaning engagement as a unique project. We care about the specific needs of every client. Once placed (by call, email, website, application, Facebook, WhatsApp), details will be recorded and an execution plan made and submitted to client alongside a service proforma. Once confirmed, the technical team deploy workers to site within the specified period of time.

The Operations Manager will also in line with client demands, setup team and prepare mission order with specific instructions. Team will then be deployed to site to execute requested task beyond customer’s expectations. After execution, team leader will present an “impression survey” with client and later attach response to task report. All documents from start of this process to the end will be archived in the Folder ascribed to the specific client and saved in the general archives to create client history.

These procedures will be employed for especially long-term contracts. Emergency cleaning engagements will have procedure adjusted to suit urgency; however, values will be upheld.

PRICING:

Our service pricing is done based on surface area to be cleaned and other variables such nature of surface, material type, duration, etc. One-time service fees, hourly-based fees, markups, and any other fees are however available for emergency engagements.

PAYMENT:

Our standard payment method will be through our official bank accounts. Cash may however be paid over the counter and upon a receipt.
